Meet The Owner
Hello everyone, my name is Kuristyne Pride and I’m the owner and operator of RL Golden hands independent living. For the past 17 years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of adults facing mental disabilities and various life challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals of different ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate obstacles, build confidence, and move toward greater independence and stability.
My work is rooted in compassion, patience, and a deep respect for every person’s unique journey. I understand that life can present complex struggles whether related to mental health, developmental disabilities, trauma, or unexpected hardships and I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered.
With a strong clinical background, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to the services I provide. My experience allows me to approach each situation with informed care, practical strategies, and a solution-focused mindset, while never losing sight of the human connection that makes true healing possible.
Helping others find stability, confidence, and hope isn’t just my profession it’s my purpose. I am committed to continuing this work and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
